Epson WorkForce ES-400 Drivers, Download, windows, Manual, software, wireless, setup, review, printer, scanner, mac, driver, Linux- Epson WorkForce ES-400 Driver for desktop scanners, it’s still quite compact, especially when the input and output trays are closed. Even better, when set for two-sided scanning, it does not “run twice” through the scanner – once for each side of the document. There is a scanning sensor on both sides of the feeder so it will scan both sides at once! Very good for scanning multiple documents at once. In Document Capture Pro software, I really like fast destination buttons and Google Drive and several others. It’s strange that there is one for not Dropbox, but I think most people already have a Dropbox folder on their computer so they can use the Folder icon to put it there that synchronizes it.
Epson WorkForce ES-400 Driver in Another feature that I really like in the DCP software is the “Job Management” setting – You can set several different specifications (file type, save location, name convention files, resolutions, etc.) in the scanning process based on what you scan. For example, if you want to save all your receipts from one store in a particular folder, you can set up the work so that, when you run it, it will automatically save it to a specific folder with the format of the customized file naming.
The Epson WorkForce ES-400 Driver for Downloading software is fine, but they install a number of things in their start menu folder that doesn’t make sense – why do I need a “Buy more ink” link for the scanner? They also installed links to “Online support “and” ES-400 online support “- why both? And why are the links here and not the links under the Help menu in the software? At least they don’t install update services that keep running in memory like a lot today – OK for things like Java and Acrobat Reader, but scanners/printers?.
Head up – the first time you open the output tray, be careful when you try to pull a small gray “stop flipper” up when you extend the “catch arm”. The middle gray part is the one that slides out of the scanner but the small “fin” just flips perpendicular to the tray – NOT leaning out of the scanner as is usually done on the printer. The first time I tried to pull it out quickly, I pulled a little fin by assuming it would function like the one on the printer – fortunately I did not remove one of the pins and easily pinned it back into place.
